This policy describes information handled by WorthyWater through worthywatertx.com and the WorthyWater Sales Portal.
Information you provide
When you request a water test, we collect your first and last name, phone, email, service address, city, ZIP code, homeowner status, water concerns, customer notes, and any contact preferences or lead source you provide. A campaign source may be recorded from a link’s utm_source parameter. We also record a WorthyWater reference, submission time, and the contact notice displayed when you submit.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss water services, arrange appointments, assign a salesperson, and manage the progress of your request. Authorized staff can add internal notes and update lead status. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Lead records are stored persistently in a Cloudflare D1 database used by this website. Records are not automatically deleted when a browser closes, a lead changes status, or the website is updated. Authorized WorthyWater staff can view and export records for business follow-up. These records are not available on the public website. Staff access requires ChatGPT sign-in and authorization by WorthyWater.
Service providers
Website hosting, database, and authentication providers process information necessary to operate these services. Staff sign-in uses ChatGPT. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; font requests may disclose ordinary connection information such as an IP address to that provider. This lead form does not add advertising trackers or sell submissions.
Information not requested
Do not submit card numbers, bank account or routing information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or financing credentials. This form and portal are not payment or financing-application systems. A FINANCING status records only the stage of a lead.
Contact preferences and privacy requests
To ask about your information, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you, email sales@worthywatertx.com, call (817) 307-7575, or tell the WorthyWater representative who contacts you. Do not include financial or login information in your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
